INJURY UPDATE FOR WEEK 6 2014

INJURY UPDATE FOR WEEK 6 2014

Jimmy Graham – Shoulder injury. Not believed to be serious, and has a bye week, so he should be ok to return bye week 7.

Calvin Johnson – Aggravated his ankle injury. Never came back into the game, and reports are saying he may miss next week. He really should take a week off and rest it. Will keep you updated.

Rashard Jennings – Injured his left knee and will have an MRI done Monday. It looks like he will miss a few weeks with this injury.

Jake Locker – Had his hand wrapped after the game. Will have an MRI done on hand/thumb. Initial X-Rays were negative. The hand was very swollen, and will keep an eye on him, but he will probably be doubtful.

Zac Stacy – Injured his left calf. He will miss some practice time this week, but should play per Fisher.

Fred Jackson - Sprained his right ankle. After the game, he said it would be fine. Has been a bit limited in practice, but looks probable for week 6.

Donald Brown – Left with a concussion. Will undergo further testing. Has not cleared the concussion protocol or practiced yet.

Drew Stanton – Concussion. Has not practiced or cleared the protocol as yet.

Reggie  Bush – Hurt his ankle. He did say he felt good after the game. Will check on this again tomorrow for an update. He may not miss any time. As yet, I have not heard an update from his coach. Will monitor this.

Montee Ball – Hurt his groin. The Denver Post has reported the injury is pretty severe and he could miss multiple weeks if this proves true.

Eric Decker – Aggravated his hamstring injury this past week. Inactive last week. He did practice Wednesday, but not fully. There is a chance he could play this week.

Malcolm Floyd –Left the game with a calf injury. Was limited in practice Wednesday, and will probably be questionable this weekend.

Danny Amendola – Left with a head injury. Will be evaluated for a concussion.

Jonathan Stewart – Didn’t practice Wednesday. Will try to get an update Thursday or Friday.

Andre Johnson – Ankle. He hasn’t practiced yet, and plays on Thursday, so he could be questionable.

David Nelson – Ankle. Will try to get an update on him Thursday or Friday.

Carson Palmer – Nerve injury in shoulder. Practiced Wednesday, but was limited. There is a slight chance he could be ready this weekend, but it’s doubtful. His Coach has said he would need a full day of practice.

Marvin Jones – Ankle. Did not practice Wednesday. Should be considered questionable this week.

Harry Douglas – Did not practice Wednesday and probably won’t play this week.

Arian Foster- Hamstring. Still nursing the hamstring, but played well last week. He does have a short week though, playing on Thursday, and has been limited this week.
